This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for canceling orders and obtaining refunds from KRAVVE, a brand owned and operated by Kravvex Fresh Private Limited.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order Before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at hello@kravve.in.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:
- Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch): Full refund
- Quality Issues: As per quality complaint process
- Wrong Product Delivered: Full refund or replacement
- Order Cancelled by KRAVVE: Full refund
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Wrong Address Provided
- Customer Unavailable
- Quality Complaint After Window (after 2 hours)
- Improper Storage/Handling by customer
3. Quality Complaints and Refunds
If you receive a product with quality issues, you must report it within 2 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.
We will review the evidence within 24 hours and provide appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or credit.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 2-3 business days. Refund credit to your account may take 5-10 business days depending on payment method and bank.
