At 4 AM, our team visits our source partners and procures exactly what was ordered — not a gram more, not a gram less. Seafood comes from Mumbai's Bhavka Dock, Ratnagiri, and the Konkan coast. Chicken from Baramati Agromart. This is how we eliminate the 25–30% food waste that plagues the industry.

Your protein arrives less than 12 hours after it left the source. Open the ice box, inspect the product — if you're not satisfied with freshness or quality, reject at the door. No questions asked. If happy, cook same day for peak freshness. Payment via COD or UPI at door.

What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Pune (select areas), covering pincodes starting with 411 and 412. Enter your pincode at checkout or WhatsApp us to confirm.
Can I order same-day?
Yes. Order before 8 PM for the evening slot (4–8 PM) same day. Order before noon for the morning slot. Slot availability may vary — early orders are safest.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order. Free delivery on orders above ₹499. Below that, a small delivery fee applies.
What if there's a quality issue?
Report within 2 hours of delivery with a photo or video. We will resolve it — refund, replacement, or credit. No argument.
Why pre-order instead of same-day?
Pre-order is what allows us to source fresh (not from warehouse stock). When you order by 9 PM, we buy only what you ordered at 4 AM. This eliminates food waste and guarantees you're getting protein that was sourced that morning, not sitting in cold storage.
