These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by KRAVVE, a brand owned and operated by Kravvex Fresh Private Limited. By placing an order, using our services, or interacting with us via WhatsApp, website, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Identity and Scope

KRAVVE is a brand owned and operated by Kravvex Fresh Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India. We operate in the Food & Beverages industry, specializing in premium fresh seafood and meat products delivered directly to consumers (D2C) in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Our products include: Fresh Fish, Fresh Chicken, Fresh Mutton, and Fresh Eggs (raw only). All products are raw and require proper handling, storage, and cooking by the customer.

2. Ordering and Availability

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or through our website. All orders are subject to product availability. We source fresh products daily, and availability may vary based on seasonal availability, daily stock levels, supplier availability, and quality standards.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the price is locked for that order.

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI at delivery. Online payment options will be available soon.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to Pune (select areas). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, order volume, and distance from our facility.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing:

• Correct and complete delivery address
• Accurate contact information
• Clear delivery instructions
• Proper storage and handling of products after delivery

6. Quality and Handling

If you have a quality concern, you must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at hello@kravve.in.

Note: We do not make medical or health claims about our products. All products are raw and require proper handling and cooking.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
