1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Pune (select areas). To check if we deliver to your area, contact us via WhatsApp before placing an order.

2. Delivery Timelines

We offer delivery during the following time slots (subject to availability):

  • Morning Slot: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Evening Slot: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, order volume, and distance from our facility.

3. Delivery Charges and Fees

Handling Fee: ₹0 (subject to change). Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Packaging and Handling

All products are packaged to ensure hygiene, freshness, safety, and appropriate temperature control during delivery. Our delivery staff follows strict hygiene and handling protocols.

Note: We do not make medical or health claims. All products are raw and require proper storage, handling, and cooking by the customer.

5. Customer Availability

You must be available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, or ensure someone authorized is available to receive the order on your behalf.

If you are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, we may reschedule or cancel the order.
